Kale Stew


  • 4-6 kale leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Scoop of organic butter
  • 2 tsp bone broth powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • (Lemon juice)

Trim kale stems and dice leaves. Peel and slice onion and garlic cloves. Heat scoop of butter on a pan. Add onion and garlic and cook with medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add kale, bone broth powder and let simmer for a few minutes. Spice with salt, pepper and optionally add some lemon juice for extra flavor.

Tip: Add mushrooms and other vegetables like zucchini into the stew. Heat them on the pan with onions and garlic before adding kale and bone broth powder.
