Bone broth soup


  • 1 tsp bone and bone broth powder
  • 2 dl (5/6 cups) water
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1-2 organic eggs
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Diced spring onion

Chop carrots and peel garlic. Boil water in kettle and add vegetables, bone broth powder and sea salt. Boil for a few minutes until carrots are almost soft. Add 1-2 organic eggs into soup. Poached eggs are cooked in 1-2 minutes. Spice the soup with apple cider vinegar and black pepper. Garnish with diced spring onions that also add extra flavor.

Add other spices of your choice to enhance the bone broth effect.
